I visited Dr. Abhishek for my lower back pain caused by workout injury. He is a very experienced doctor and a good listener. After having a discussion about my pain in detail, he provided me with some medication and asked me to have some change in my lifestyle like sitting in a good posture. Within a limited time he stopped my medication and started back strengthening exercise and again remind me to mintain a good back posture. He adviced me to go for some physiotherapy session which i took under guidance of Dr. Sachendra.
